Universal Projects has delivered its first “In House” management training for Saudi Telecom Company (STC) as part of its ongoing Business Capacity Building Programme across the Arabian Gulf in partnership with Kingston International.
The 5 Day Masterclass in Advanced Human Resource Management was held at the headquarters of Saudi Telecom in Riyadh and delivered by UP Associate and expert in Organizational Behaviour, Peter Byrne. The class comprised of 20 STC HR Managers and Directors drawn from across the Kingdom and was designed as a bespoke programme comprising of classes, workshops and examination.
UP Associate Peter Byrne said: “The programme was a huge success. There was an excellent balance of discussion, HRM theory, role play and exercises using known and proven models for analytical work. We now begin work on developing and delivering further bespoke training for STC in areas such as leadership, change management and communication.”
